For many organisations, particularly smaller community-based services, developing a practical approach to monitoring and evaluation can feel complex and resource-intensive.
This workshop will help participants build confidence and capability by showing how impact measurement can support learning, service improvement and reporting-not just compliance.
The workshop will introduce the principles of social impact measurement and guide participants through the development of a practical Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) approach that is proportionate to their organisation's size and capacity.
Participants will explore how to identify meaningful outcomes, collect and use data effectively, meet NSW CAFS reporting requirements, and avoid common pitfalls in measurement and evaluation.
By the end of the Masterclass, participants will have a clearer understanding of how to implement a fit-for-purpose MEL approach within their organisation and leave with practical tools, greater confidence to meet CAFS reporting requirements, and strategies to use data to improve services, strengthen funding applications, communicate their impact and contribute to demonstrating the collective impact of Community and Neighbourhood Centres across NSW.
