Jodie is a strategic communication and community engagement specialist with more than 20 years' experience helping organisations navigate complex change while building trust and strengthening relationships with the communities they serve.
She has advised governments, not-for-profits and international organisations on strategic communication, behaviour change and emerging challenges such as AI, misinformation and public trust.
In this workshop, Jodie will help participants explore how AI can create more time for meaningful connection and trust with clients, colleagues and communities, while keeping people at the centre of the work they do.
Dr Sean Gallagher - Founder Humanova
Sean is the founder of Humanova and a workforce researcher specialising in the future of work and organisational AI capability.
Previously Director of Swinburne University's Centre for the New Workforce, Sean's research has informed enterprise strategy, government policy and industry debate on how organisations adapt to technological change.
At Humanova he leads the organisation's research program examining how AI is reshaping work, skills and organisational capability.
