Jodie is a Partner and Head of Social Change at SenateSHJ. She supports governments and organisations worldwide in addressing complex social challenges. This includes building trust and resilience during crises and emergencies including COVID-19, helping protect communities against misinformation, fostering social license to support the energy transition, strengthening cohesion to prevent violent extremism, and aiding the repatriation of returning foreign fighters.

She has worked extensively on projects which aim to create a social change that supports better physical and mental health outcomes across diverse populations. This includes vaccination, menopause, men’s health and wellbeing, health screening, as well as domestic and family violence.

Jodie develops and implements strategies that consider the systems in which they operate and helps support stakeholders and influencers to create stronger, more connected communities. She is also a lecturer at the University of Sydney and a Senior Strategic Communication Advisor to the United Nations Office of Counter Terrorism.
